Out of agglomerations, a driver of a car or a set of cars of which the maximum authorized weight exceeds 3.500kg or of which the overall length exceeds 10m must except when it overtakes or gets ready to overtake another vehicle, leave between his car and that which proceeds him a sufficient interval to permit to vehicles which overtake it to cut in without danger in case of necessity. But this provision is however not applicable when:
- Awhen a traffic is heavy
- Bon the position of the public way overtaking is forbidden
- CA and B is correct answers
- Dnone of the answers is correct
